1. Agilex: Remote System Update (RSU) fails to recover after using an incorrect device application image.

2. Agilex: During 2x8 bifurcation mode, refclk1 is not present because PCIe0 can not be identified after reboot.

3. Stratix 10: Unexpected nSTATUS high pulse during AVST reconfiguration.

4. Stratix 10 does not respond to status command after reconfiguration with different control plane PLL settings.

Patch# 0.01fw: 
 This patch fixed Stratix10 first configuration failure when VCC VID = 900mv and Stratix10 configuration failure when HBM ECC on 

Patch# 0.08fw: 
 This patch is to fix the EMIF firmware for Micron 16Gb x8 E-die parts 

Patch# 0.17fw: 
 This patch fixes an intermittent Partial Reconfiguration failure. 


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
