True Scale Equipment Out of Warranty Repair Terms and conditions

Upon acceptance of direct customers PO on behalf of an indirect customer, Intel will perform the following actions to assess and execute the repair of eligible True Scale equipment as listed below:

• Assess the condition of the equipment and determine if it is repairable.

                    a. If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, Intel will notify the customer and no charges will apply.

                               i. Unrepaired equipment will be returned to the customer or scrapped upon mutual agreement with the customer.

• Trouble shoot and repair as required bringing the equipment to full functionality.

                    a. Repair or replace defective components as required.

• Install the latest software and firmware updates.
• Run final factory functional testing prior to returning the repaired equipment.
• Return shipping will be paid by Intel.
• Upon completion of the repair, Intel will honor a 90 day standard warranty against the equipment.
