Cara Menghapus "Log Peristiwa Sistem" dari BIOS pada Board Server Intel®

Menghapus log kejadian dari dalam board Set-up Utility kadang-kadang diperlukan ketika sistem tidak berfungsi atau log penuh.

Penting: Untuk menyimpan log SEL saat ini, sebelum menghapusnya, jika diperlukan untuk tinjauan di masa mendatang, seseorang dapat menyimpannya [lihat bagian Server Health->Event Log->Save Event Log dari Intel® Integrated BMC Web Console; untuk informasi lebih lanjut, lihat Cara Mengekstrak dan Membaca Log Peristiwa Sistem (SEL) untuk Intel® Server Board] atau, sebagai alternatif, bagian Menyimpan catatan Penampil SEL ke File dari Panduan Pengguna Utilitas Penampil Log Peristiwa Sistem Intel (SEL).

Langkah:

  1. Reboot server ke BIOS dengan menekan <F2> selama proses boot. Jika perlu, lihat Panduan Pengguna Utilitas Pengaturan BIOS board Anda.
  2. Sesampai di sana, lanjutkan sebagai berikut:

    1. Aktifkan opsi Hapus Log Peristiwa Sistem (SEL), yang terletak di menu Manajemen Server .

      Nota

      Jika memuat pengaturan default BIOS menjadi langkah tambahan yang disarankan, berdasarkan skenario tertentu yang sedang dipecahkan, ini dilakukan hanya dengan menekan tombol F9; namun, setelah ini selesai, disarankan untuk mengatur ulang pengaturan BIOS yang disesuaikan sebelum melanjutkan ke langkah berikutnya.
    2. Terakhir, tekan <F10> untuk menyimpan perubahan dan reboot sistem.
